Who are we?
This question always seems to confuse us. As we live in this world, we are making influences, thereby, we have identities.
“IN BETWEEN” symbolizes how we react to nature, creatures, and society with our unique experiences and perspectives.
In this project, I explored through Frida Kahlo’s works and life. As a representative, Frida has perfectly expressed the meaning of “IN BETWEEN“. Especially in her works “Henry Ford Hospital“ and “Without Hope“, her pain is manifested in both physical and mental aspects, as well as her struggle with illness.
